1. Is it available to purchase a ski-pass at your rent and which resorts can you offer?
During the booking procedure you may also add to the order a ski pass to any resort with a 3% discount. It will be delivered free of charge together with the basic buy. Quickly and without queues!
2. Have you the junior helmets at your rent?
Yes, we have.
3. Where the rent network is placed in Krasnaya Polyana and what`s the schedule including the New Year's holidays?
In Krasnaya Polyana we are represented by 3 pickup points:
1. st. Defenders of the Caucasus 118
2. st. Defenders of the Caucasus 120/17
3. st. Estonian 8/3
The schedule of all pickup points is from 8 am till 20 pm, on New Year's holidays from 7 am till 23 pm.
4. Can I give back the equipment on my own? Can I bring it to any pickup point?
You should bring the equipment back to our courier cause the guaranty is kept in the logistics department. In particular cases you may bring it back to the ArtUpCity point, as the logistics center is located here.
5. Which the newest equipment do you have in stock?
We have lots of new models of the season 2018/19 such as Jones snowboards and Fischer skis.
6. What are the circumstances of free delivery?
Free delivery activates upon condition of booking 2 and more days or 2 and more equipment sets or the order worth 2 thousand rubles.
7. Which traces do begin to work (and when)? And is there any test riding?
Test riding has already started in Gorki Gorod and Gazprom. To the full extent traces start to work depending on the date. Rosa Khutor – beginning from 21th December. Gazprom – from 24th December. Gorki Gorod – as soon as the snow falls.
8. Do you have trainers including kid coaches?

9. What kind of discounts do you have for customers?
There`s long range of discounts for our customers. For example, during the booking procedure online or using phone call you gain 10% discount. To these 10% discount you can get: 5% for pickup, 5% booking more than 2 sets of equipment, 5% using equipment more than 4 days, 5% for the full payment of goods.
10. Can I extend the lease by phone or should I come?

11. What is the cancellation and refund procedure?
To revoke order you have to phone to the Call-center and specify your order, then you would be offered to write a refund application. Or you can come to any pickup point and fill up application template on return. Refund is made within 30 days depending on your bank.
12. How are shoes disinfected?
Disinfection of ski and snowboard boots occurs after each use at the rental, using a special chemical but harmless to health means, followed by drying and preparing shoes for new customers.
